I AM NOT A COWARD

 


Somebody asked this question:

"We can say that you are a coward: backbone-less and self-appointed teacher of the Bible. You keep on avoiding to answer the question about religion. Which religion in the world is correct?"

MY REPLY

I am deeply sorry. I need to be careful in my answers to avoid hurting people's feelings.

And I don't accept the word, 'cowardice' because if that is true, I could have easily shutdown my Facebook account, stop giving answers altogether, and mind my own personal life.

However, deep down in my soul, I have this overwhelming burden to serve as a tiny spark of light in the tunnel, so to speak.

I'd like to offer guidance (small might that be) to somehow alleviate the pain or misery of people in this dying world.

People who are already deprived of material things, but certainly must not be deprived of the truth and hope from the eternal Word of GOD.

SEEKING GOD

You know what, many times during the darkest and most trying times in my life, I've thought of stopping this ministry.

Many times I told GOD in prayer that I would no longer write or be involved in this endeavor.

But in so many different ways, I began to receive signs and words that held me back from giving up.

On several occasions, before going to sleep, in our bedroom, there would appear a vision [divinely granted sight] of a very large world map spread across our ceiling in dazzling white light.

It literally made our room glowing in the dark. Most of the time, my wife, Shirly, was beside me, but fast asleep.

And when I attempted to wake her up to see it, the vision would have already disappeared. But I always made it a point to explain to her what I had seen.

I've never seen such a huge world map before in my entire life; and definitely I was not thinking about geography at the time.

This happened many times that I lost count of it.

ENCOURAGEMENT FROM GOD

The GOD whom I serve and worship caused me to encounter words, songs, images encouraging me to continue this ministry.

And when I encountered this song, below, it made me cry in tears.
