Dear GOD THE FATHER IN HEAVEN,

I know I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness.

I believe Jesus Christ is Your only-begotten Son.

I believe that Jesus died for my sins; and that You raised Him back to LIFE.

I accept Jesus as my Savior and to follow Him as LORD, OWNER of my life.

From this day and forever. 

I ask the Holy Spirit to guide me to do YOUR WILL based on the Holy Bible.

I pray in the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST. AMEN.
