By Paul L. Fuentes Somebody said, "You are what you believe". I read the Holy Bible because where else will I base my belief in GOD on? The Bible gives me explanations for things on which Science is vague. Here is an example in which Science is vague: It says we evolve from molecules billions of years ago.  It also says life begets life; meaning, only the living can give life to another. But my question is where did the first molecule get its life from, in the first place? Then Science goes silent. On the other hand, the Bible is unapologetically clear on where the initial life came from. The Holy Scriptures astoundingly set forth the facts with the utmost powerful words: “In the beginning, GOD created the heaven and the earth…” (Genesis 1:1) I believe life came from the Supreme Being, Whom we call, GOD Almighty and in His awesome power to design and create. Today, February 7, 2012, GOD proved once again, that He is alive and is so much concerned about our welfare. He answered some of our most urgent prayer requests. MIRACLE IN GILMORE AVENUE QUEZON CITY PHILIPPINES The year was 1998, one sunny afternoon, in Gilmore Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines. I was driving a Toyota Corolla XL (manual steering) which I borrowed from my eldest sister, Lulu. I was alone in the car, a bit hungry, having skipped lunch, and was rushing towards home. My speed was 40-50 kph and so was that of the others on the road. I was trailing a Honda (honestly I now don’t remember the make/model). Another vehicle was behind me, the appearance of which I also forgot. You may ask why I failed to notice such details.
